I know, quarantine might not be the best time for everybody. We crave the outdoors, the sun shining and the beach, but we are all struck by this period one way or another. This is the time that we need to be stronger than ever, but stronger doesn't mean hiding your feelings and trying desperately to figure things out. If you feel that way, it's absolutely okay and please know that you're not alone. This is the time we stay open to our emotions and practice forgiveness, acceptance and self connection.

Light up a scented candle, your favorite aroma, let the warmth embrace the atmosphere. Play a list of slow music that you find peace in. I often listen to a whole lofi album while taking a warm, refreshing shower. I love applying some soothing lotion, essential oil, put on a nutritious mask and enjoy the relaxing home spa day.
